As an avid outdoors enthusist I have had adentures to write about and the scars to prove it. At 19 while paddling outrigger I was introduced to massage as an occupation and it has been reinforced as my path in a myriad of ways. Later that summer after getting certified I tore my PCL while Mountain Biking, which didn't slow down my rock climbing, mountaineering, back packing and world traveling. It would be ten years before I realized I had a knee injury yet it didn't take long to go from fleeting moments of noticing the pain to ever briefer moments of noticing it had paused.
Over the years as my knee became more of a problem it defined my path as I searched for ways to reconnect to the lifestyle I loved. Looking back I realize that it was an opportunity for me to learn and deepen my understanding of the physical structure and the complex relationship we have with our bodies. I found my way back onto the trail using many of the techniques and skills that I now use to help my clients. This splendid and unexpected journey lead to the development of the Divine Align Method, which is still an ever evolving and improving protocol and lifestyle. |
